• Support missile guidance tasks include guidance law development, state estimation, sensor fusion, trajectory shaping and miss distance performance optimization.
• Participate in navigation tasks including system trade studies, component modeling of inertial measurement units (IMU), global positioning systems (GPS), as well as simulation of navigation algorithms.
• Work with embedded software including real-time GNC algorithm development for missiles system products.
• Support missile performance analysis including model development, system optimization, and Monte Carlo assessments with expected system disturbances.

Research Intern - Orbit-determination and sensor-queing methods for local space situational awareness

• Developed algorithms to enhance capabilities for a spacecraft to autonomously maintain awareness of its local environment.
• Worked with new sensor-tracking methods to improve the ability of tracking poorly known objects.
• Worked with new tasking methods to que follow-up sensors in order to search for the detected object.
